What is the Recomp Roadmap?

The Recomp Roadmap is a coaching program made for you. This program is the exact pathway I took to build a body I was proud of. During our time together I will guide you to reach your goals and lead you on a journey to strength. Working together you will learn everything you want and need to know about nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes! This is not your average coaching service or program, this program is very hands on so you walk away confident that you have the tools you need to change your life. I will not just be giving you a protocol, some advice, and sending you on your way. I am going to tell you and show you exactly what to do and leave you with zero questions! This is exactly the program and care I wanted when I was struggling and I truly care that you reach your goals!

My Story

I was someone who never felt confident or comfortable in my skin. I did not know about nutrition or fitness and treated my body poorly due to a lack of understanding and was frustrated at the way I looked and felt. It wasn’t until my health started to catch up to me and I started experiencing gut and hormonal issues that I decided it was time to make a change.

I was too… trying every diet and workout routine just hoping it would work, completely overwhelmed by all the information out there. Nothing worked and that’s when I took my health into my own hands and educated myself on how to reach my goals and make progress.

I dove into the world of holistic health. I got my Holistic Health Coach, Holistic Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach, and MBCE certifications. Through all my knowledge I created the Recomp Roadmap. This 4-6 month program gives you every ounce of knowledge I have learned with ZERO gatekeeping.

This is exactly how I achieved my body recomposition and gained confidence in myself. With my unique approach, I cracked the code on exactly how to feel good in my body and overcome my uncomfortable symptoms. In this program, I won’t just be giving you a meal plan and some workouts, I will be holding your hand the entire time, guiding you to health.

Orientation Call:

During our call, we will do a comprehensive overview of your health, habits, nutrition, and lifestyle. Then I will make immediate recommendations on things you can do TODAY and over the next 4-6 months to begin to reach your goals.

I will be there every step of the way with you. I provide mindset coaching to guide you to success!

Custom protocols:

I will create biweekly custom protocols that meet your goals and needs. These will include: nutrition and fitness changes.

No questions are stupid, I am here to support you over to ensure your success and healing.
