My Story

For years, I struggled with relentless gut issues—bloating, acne, fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, and more. I spent thousands of dollars on doctors, supplements, and treatments, yet found no real answers. Yo-yo dieting left me with disordered eating habits, I lost my period, and I couldn’t enjoy food without discomfort.

Desperation led me to endless hours of online research, trying random supplements, and hoping for relief. But no doctor or coach seemed to truly understand my pain or offer the support I needed. That’s when I decided to take control of my healing and dive into the world of holistic health.

I became certified in Holistic Health Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coaching, and MBCE (Masters of Blood Chemistry with Em) to truly understand the root causes of my struggles. Using this knowledge, I built a program that transformed my health—addressing my gut, balancing my hormones, and finally reclaiming my life.
